Hi there, my name is Natasha, and I’m so glad you’re interested in Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. VUSM has so much to offer, including a flexible and individualized curriculum, a great location in Nashville, an emphasis on wellness, and a smaller student body that really makes your class feel close and supportive. Classmates really want you to succeed and support your medical studies; we even have a chance to teach through our Students as Teachers elective. Wellness is a priority here, and I’ve been involved with our Wellness Committee, planning events around Nashville to relax and destress. Through our interprofessional learning program, VPIL, we also find great colleagues in nursing, pharmacy, social work, and counseling programs across Tennessee. Vanderbilt is a unique place where you can find support and fun at a world-class medical center.

Fun fact about me: My go-to karaoke song is “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire.
