Hi! I’m Sunny, and I can’t wait to tell you about Vandy. I’m from the South, so Vanderbilt was naturally a good fit for me both as an undergrad and a med student. Southern hospitality truly exists, and you’ll find so many kind people here. Communities care about one another, and that’s especially true of the Vanderbilt community. The accelerated curriculum is also a big plus! We get great training as we build our schedules and explore in Years 3 and 4, a major advantage in thinking about applying to residency programs and starting our careers. I’m part of the Radiology Interest Group, hoping to pursue diagnostic radiology as my specialty. I’m also a member of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, the American Medical Association (AMA), and Shade Tree volunteers. Hope you will come “Anchor Down” with us!

Fun fact about me: If I could wish for any power, I’d want conditional immortality. It would be great to witness the evolution of the Earth firsthand through the ages!
