KJ completed his undergraduate education at the Ohio State University and received Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Lipscomb University. His main research interests include ion channels, drug discovery, and psychotropic medications. KJ joined Dr. Jerod Denton’s lab in 2021 and is currently studying the role of potassium channel in several disease states.
