Director of Graduate Studies

A unique feature of the department is our outstanding Ph.D. training program. At any time, between 30 and 60 scientists-in-training address important issues in fields such as neuroscience, receptor signaling, drug metabolism, and cardiovascular research. Scientists in these areas are linked by a common interest in, and understanding of, the basic principles of drug action and design. This perspective makes our trainees ideally suited for a wide range of careers. Our program is committed to developing leaders in academia, industry, and government. If you have any questions regarding our program, feel free to contact me via email.
