Margo Goldfarb

Graduate Student, Iverson Laboratory

I was born in Nashville, TN and grew up outside the city in Franklin, TN. I attended Kenyon College in Gambier, OH where I studied Chemistry. I spent all four years in the lab of Dr. Kerry Rouhier where I studied branched-chain amino acid metabolism in plants, learning key techniques in biochemistry. Currently, I am a graduate student in Dr. Tina Iverson’s lab where I am using a structure-based approach to engineer glycan binding proteins.
