Job Opportunity: Senior Research/Writer
We’re looking for a senior researcher/writer to join our team. This person will lead projects focused on the pharma life sciences sector in producing up to 3 major (10-14 page) research projects a year, as well as shorter papers and video interviews. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic sharp thinker who has digital experience and comes with ideas for communicating in the digital age (blogging, videos, interactive graphics, charticles, etc.) The individual will also serve as a writing coach for younger members of the team. Preference will be given to candidates with a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and the challenges facing drug and device makers in the 21st century. Journalism experience or superb writing/editing skills is not required but valuable. A few things about HRI. We are the research arm of PwC’s Health Industries practice. We examine new and emerging trends across the entire healthcare industry and have a 3-member regulatory team based in DC. We do not conduct research for hire or lobby. Most of our work is published externally (www.pwc.com/hri) and we are often tapped to present findings and analysis at executive retreats, conferences, symposia and in the media. Public speaking skills are important, as well as the ability to work closely with PwC’s consultants.This is a senior position with a good salary, excellent benefits and a nice lifestyle.
