Job Posting: Tenure-track faculty – Biology, Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA
The Department of Biology at Shippensburg University invites applications for a tenure track Immunologist position starting August 2015. Primary responsibilities include instruction of an upper-level Immunology course and a sophomore-level Microbiology course. Teaching responsibilities may also include instruction of an upper division undergraduate or graduate course that complements current offerings in the department or an introductory course for majors or non-majors.
In addition faculty members are expected to perform other duties as noted in the collective bargaining agreement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Biology or a related field from an accredited institution completed by May 31, 2015. Demonstration of experience in both Immunology and Microbiology is preferred.
