The Department of Molecular Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an outstanding scientist with expertise in virology and/or gene and cell therapy. The selected individual is expected to develop and/or maintain a nationally and internationally recognized extramurally funded research program. Candidates should hold a Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D. and have a demonstrated record of relevant research accomplishments; a history of successful collaborations; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high-impact publications in their field; and peer-reviewed funding consistent with their seniority.
