AGEP-TFRAME​ (Frontiers of Research and Academic Models of Excellence) provides professional preparation that will permit underrepresented minority graduate students and postdoctoral trainees in the STEM discipline to compete and succeed in the Professorate. FRAME Fellows represent the highest levels of accomplishment and are dedicated to pursuing academic careers in which they will help mentor and encourage future scholars.

For Advanced Doctoral Students: 

  • Opportunities to apply for competitive seed grants
  • Incentives to develop new research skills and collaborations
  • Conference travel support to present research and develop new research networks
  • Postdoctoral placement assistance through the BSA network, INCREASE consortium and professional societies

For Postdocs at SBU & BNL:
