The Science Alliance Leadership Training (SALT)  is intended for STEM PhD students interested in mastering the skills to advance institutional transformation. 

 

If you are:

  • a Member of the New York Academy of Sciences…
  • have completed the second year of your PhD program…
  • are actively engaged in STEM research…

    …then SALT is for you! This 5-day program will prepare and train you to assume a leadership role throughout your professional career.

 

When you attend SALT, you will:
