Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate classes in Biology, academic advising, continuous course and program level assessment, committee work, and other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and oral communication and the willingness and ability to work collaboratively with others are required.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, engagement in scholarship, and commitment to university service are highly desirable.
Experience: Relevant knowledge that ranges from Principles of Biology to upper division courses including Human Anatomy and Physiology, Non-Flowering Botany, and Microbiology.
Education: Ph.D. in Biology

Adjunct Instructor, Fundamentals of Chemistry
Job Type: Adjunct Instructor
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: This course is a survey of general, organic and biochemistry, primarily aimed at nursing and other non-science majors. The laboratory is included. The adjunct instructor will also be responsible for data collection to be used for the assessment of the course.
Experience: Previous high school or university teaching experience preferred.
Education: Master’s degree or minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the chemistry field.
