Research Associate, Protein Crystallization, Diedre Moire Corporation, Inc.
Support protein crystallization for development of sustained release and high concentration formulations of drug substances that are advancing into clinical trials for feasibility studies.
Responsibilities:
*** Design, execute and interpret results of experiments to develop low viscosity drug product formulations for crystalline protein slurries.
*** Develop crystallization and scale up method protocols.
*** Investigate, create, and implement new methods and technologies for project advancement.
*** Maintain laboratory notebooks and prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
*** Maintain imaging and analytical instrumentation.
*** Identify patentable inventions.
*** Communicate results within the group and to clients.
