Summer Manuscript Sprints through the Office of Clinical and Translational Scientist Development
Whether you’re having trouble breaking out of the block or want a few colleagues to run alongside, now is the time to join a Manuscript Sprint, coordinated by the Oce of Clinical and Translational Scientist Development.
Who?
Sprint Teams of 3 to 5 authors who have at least one previously published paper form small groups of investigators from across public health, psychosocial, clinical, translational and basic sciences.
What?
Review components of each others’ papers and keep each other accountable up until the end. Teams commit to providing written comments to each other each week for 6-8 weeks. Weekly meetings are used for focused comments and critique.
When and Where?
Sign up now for groups forming in June 2018.
Summer Sprint #1 will meet in person Tuesday mornings from 9:00a-10:30a in Light Hall beginning June 12.
Summer Sprint #2 will meet virtually Wednesdays from 4:00p-5:30p via conference call beginning June 27.
