FOCAL POINT: Lights, Lasers, and Lenses
Artwork will be shown from the ArtLab Fellows, artists, and scientists across campus, as well as from the Artist-in-residence Common iSeminar students. We will also have “Laser Talks” from a variety of artists and scientists that explore the world through the use of lights, lasers, and/or various lenses and hear about their work and process. Finally, we will have special guest Owen Murphy, an electrical engineer and hardware designer currently working at Thorlabs, cap-off the night with a laser show in the Wond’ry/Olin Atrium.
