Ashley Brady, PhD
Assistant Dean of Biomedical Career Engagement and Strategic Partnerships
Assistant Professor of Medical Education and Administration
While the use of video interviewing has increased substantially over the past several years, we can be sure that as COVID continues to limit travel and personal interactions within business settings, we will see even more use of video technology in the interview process. Likewise, many who are hired this year will be onboarded entirely virtually and have to adjust to a fully remote work environment while simultaneously learning to perform a new job. Join Ashley Brady, Ph.D as we discuss the different types of common video interviews, what some major pitfalls are in doing one and how you can avoid these and make the best impression possible, as well as some questions you can ask and actions you can take to ensure the best possible transition to a new job in a virtual setting
