 THE MAYO CLINIC DEPARTMENT OF IMMUNOLOGY is recruiting an outstanding Cancer Immunologist to join Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Candidates are required to have a PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline, with a track record of success in extramural funding, publications, and collaborations with clinicians. Ideal candidates would be those with expertise in the tumor microenvironment or functional genomics, but all areas related to immuno-oncology are encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates will have innovative ideas that synergize with current strengths in the department and desire to translate their work to the clinic. Applications from emerging investigators are welcome, as are applications from more established investigators and consideration will be given to candidates at the Assistant, Associate and Full Professor level. 

THE DEPARTMENT OF IMMUNOLOGY at Mayo Clinic, the oldest free-standing immunology department in the country, is the academic home for basic and translational scientists studying the immune system in health and disease. As scientists, department members have a common understanding and passion for advancing knowledge of fundamental mechanisms that cause and regulate inflammation and immune responsiveness.
