More workshops with DiSC
During the second part of the spring semester, the Libraries’ Digital Scholarship and Communications (DiSC) Office is again offering various free lessons and workshops to help you build your technical skills. The Beginner Python lessons will introduce participants to this popular programming language and the Colab notebook platform allows learners to code in Python immediately without any installation. We are also offering a new workshop series on programming tiny microcontroller boards using CircuitPython. The GIS workshops will teach you best practices for GIS projects, map design, and fundamentals of georeferencing. There is also a new series offering an introduction to Network Analysis. All lessons are available remotely and some will also be offered in-person. For more information and registration, visit https://www.library.vanderbilt.edu/disc/workshops .
