Volunteer Opportunity – Judges Needed for Nashville Student Research Poster Event

HOSA is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services and several federal and state agencies. HOSA aims to empower students to become leaders in the health community, through education, collaboration, and experience. Every summer, HOSA hosts the International Leadership Conference, where about 10,000 students come together to compete in over 60 different competitive events. This year, the HOSA conference is in Nashville, TN at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center during June 23-24!

HOSA is seeking 12 volunteer judges for the student Research Poster competitive event.

Research Poster event – Thursday, June 23rd – 4:45 pm – 9:00 pm CT – 12 volunteer judges needed

Anyone from the Vanderbilt research community who is interested can email Priya Rathakrishnan, HOSA Alumni and Judge Coordinator, at priya@hosa.org with their name, phone number, and email address. Alternatively, judges may sign up directly for the Research Poster event at hosa.org/judges. Once registered, you will receive confirmation with more information and preparation materials.
