McGavock Professor, Department of Cell and Developmental Biology Senior Associate Dean for Biomedical Research, Education and Career Development, as she shares tips and strategies for mentoring undergraduate and rotation students. Learning how to help others learn, grow, and be more effective will also help you to succeed. In this session we will explore the preparation and approaches that will lead to a positive mentoring experience, talk about different mentoring styles, and help you develop your mentoring skills during your training.
