For students with advanced professional degrees, come see what it’s like to work in management consulting at a two-day workshops this spring, with opportunities to further engage after the program. Insight offers a program tailored to participants with academic backgrounds in STEM and healthcare. Immersive exercises and learning will give you an insider’s look into an exciting and rewarding career at McKinsey.

All Insight programs will be held virtually on March 31st and April 1st.

To apply to the Insight event, you must be:

• a student in a US-based program who resides in the United States at the time of the event
• set to receive your PhD, post-doctorate, or MD degree in 2024

Graduate programs include:

• medical students, interns, residents, and fellows who plan to complete their program in 2024
• PhDs and post-doctoral students who plan to complete their program in 2024
• master’s students who previously obtained an MD and plan to complete their master’s degree in 2024

Eligible candidates may apply to both Diversity Connect and Insight events. If selected, you may only attend one program. You will be asked to specify which program you are most interested in attending in your application.
