ORWH Science Policy, Planning and Analysis Section Health Science Policy Analyst or Health Science Administrator (0601, non- supervisory GS 12- 14).
ORWH is looking for a highly qualified candidate to assume the responsibilities of a Health Science Policy Analyst with the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to meet organizational strategic goals that advance the use of data science methods, common data elements, and tools for scientific discovery and promoting public health in the context of the ORWH mission
- Identify strategies, implement approaches and provide technical expertise to advance the use of data driven methods in ORWH
- Identify, evaluate and recommend tools, techniques, strategies and methods to increase access to and utility of clinical, biological, and other scientific datasets and knowledgebases to respond to the evolving research data needs of ORWH
- Lead, conduct and support comprehensive evaluations of programs and initiatives serving as an expert in evaluation and quantitative and qualitative data analysis
