This is a great opportunity for biomedical graduate students and postdocs/fellows to plan a professional future and gain practical advice to hit the job market.

There will be a workshop on Why Career Choices are so Hard on Tuesday afternoon, and a workshop on Wednesday on Current Hiring Trends. Wednesday will also have a session just for Visiting Fellows to address their unique career needs, a session on Career Transitions (i.e., can you really go from industry back to academics?), data to debunk myths around faculty positions (i.e., do you really need to have a K99?), and a session on Building you careers by bringing your whole self to the process.
