What was your STEM spark?

The National Science Foundation seeks to energize the STEM community around the importance of STEM education and is asking its partners, stakeholders and anyone who has a passion science to share the moment the moment that sparked their curiosity about or interest in science, technology, engineering or math.

We want you to share the stories of the teachers that encouraged you, the moment you witnessed something amazing and became determined to figure out how it happened, the time you took apart the vacuum cleaner to see how it worked.

Starting on November 26 on Twitter and Instagram, share your story via video or text using #MySTEMspark and encourage your peers to share their STEM Spark Moment by tagging them telling them you want to hear theirs spark story. If you don’t have a Twitter or Instagram account and would like participate, please email us at tellus@nsf.gov, and we will share your story.
